— A CANADIAN HOUSE · ONE STANDARD · ONE VOW —

Engineered to protect everything that matters.

A Canadian house of designed, deployed, and serviced security infrastructure — for homes, condos, commercial towers, industrial sites, and institutional facilities across every province and territory.

02 / 10Chapter I — Sectors Served

For the spaces
that matter.

Single-camera installations to thousand-camera deployments. Homes. Condominiums. Commercial towers. Industrial sites. Institutional facilities. The work is shaped by the geometry of each.

SECTOR I
Commercial
Buildings
Office towers, mixed-use developments, corporate campuses — integrated security, life safety, access infrastructure.
SECTOR II
Residential
Condominiums
Multi-tenant buildings, gated communities, luxury developments — concierge access, surveillance, fire and intrusion.
SECTOR III
Industrial
Sites
Warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing plants — perimeter security, access control, structured cabling at scale.
SECTOR IV
Institutional
Facilities
Healthcare, education, government, mission-critical — engineered to compliance, to standard, to the discipline the brief demands.
03 / 10Chapter II — The Work

The work,
in practice.

04 / 10Chapter III — The Craft

Everything we build.

From the first site walk-through to the final commissioning document, every project is inspected, quoted, designed, installed, programmed, verified, and serviced by the same disciplined team.

Across ten core practices, we deliver fully engineered low-voltage security infrastructure — from the structured cabling beneath the slab to the operating systems that watch the perimeter.

01

System Design

Site survey, threat assessment, system architecture, schematics, equipment specifications, integration drawings — the blueprint that makes every project possible.
02

Project Management

Single point of accountability from kickoff through close-out. Procurement, scheduling, trades coordination, milestone reporting, stakeholder communication.
03

Structured Cabling

Low-voltage cabling, conduit, terminations, patch panels, network rooms — the unseen architecture beneath every system. Built to outlast the equipment.
04

Surveillance & CCTV

Forensic-grade camera networks across Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis, Milestone, Genetec and more. Designed around the geometry, lit by the conditions, installed to standard.
05

Access Control

Credential, biometric, and mobile entry across Kantech, Keyscan, ICT, Hartmann, Genetec, C·Cure and more. Every door, logged. Every entry, accounted for.
06

Intrusion Detection

DSC, Bosch, Honeywell and more — perimeter and interior intrusion, partitioned arming, integrated reporting. Layered against threats not yet announced.
07

Fire Alarm Installation

Installation of ULC-listed fire alarm panels and complete systems to CAN/ULC-S524, S536, S537 standards. Mircom and other listed platforms.
08

Door Hardware & Maglocks

Maglocks, electric strikes, door holders, request-to-exit devices, card readers, and the low-voltage architecture that orchestrates them.
09

Network & Intercom

Managed network switches, VLAN segmentation, IP intercoms and entry phones. The data backbone every modern system runs across.
10

Permits & Documentation

City permits, ESA filings, ECRA compliance, as-built drawings, and commissioning documents — the paper trail that makes every install defensible.
05 / 10Chapter IV — The Systems We Deploy

Fluent in the world's
leading systems.

We design and integrate around the manufacturers whose engineering meets the standard our work requires. Brand-agnostic where it serves you; brand-fluent always.

09 / 10Chapter VIII — Questions, Answered

Frequently
asked.

Direct answers to the questions homeowners, condo boards, building managers, general contractors, project consultants, and institutional buyers ask Nexvelon most often.

What does Nexvelon Global do?

+
Nexvelon Global is a Canadian security systems integrator. We design, install, supply, and service security systems across Canada. Services include CCTV camera installation, access control systems, intrusion alarms, fire alarm installation (with ULC-listed panels), structured cabling, maglocks, door hardware, intercoms, network switches, elevator phone line setup, and service contracts. We serve homes, condominiums, commercial buildings, industrial sites, and institutional facilities.

What areas in Canada do you serve?

+
Nexvelon Global is a Canadian security systems integrator with primary operations based in the Greater Toronto Area. Locally we cover Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and the entire GTA. Provincially we serve all of Ontario. Nationally we operate across Canada — including Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

What security system brands do you install?

+
For access control: Kantech, Keyscan, ICT, Hartmann, Genetec, and C·Cure. For CCTV cameras: Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis, Milestone, and Genetec. For intrusion alarms: DSC, Bosch, and Honeywell. For fire alarm and network: Mircom and Cisco. We are an independent integrator — not an authorized dealer or certified partner of any of these manufacturers unless explicitly stated in writing.

Do you install ULC-listed fire alarm panels?

+
Yes. We install ULC-listed fire alarm panels and complete fire alarm systems to CAN/ULC-S524, ULC-S536, and ULC-S537 standards. The panels and equipment we install are ULC-listed. Nexvelon is not currently a ULC-listed monitoring central station; our fire alarm installations integrate with established ULC-listed monitoring providers where the client requires monitored service.

Can you handle a single camera, or only large projects?

+
Both. From a single doorbell camera at a residence to thousand-camera deployments across industrial complexes, we apply the same standard of design, installation, programming, commissioning, and documentation. There is no project too small or too large.

What's the difference between Integrated Solutions and Guardian?

+
They are two separate Ontario corporations operating under the Nexvelon Global business name. Nexvelon Integrated Solutions Inc. designs, installs, programs, and commissions security systems. Nexvelon Guardian Inc. provides service contracts, maintenance, and ongoing system care. Each is independently incorporated; the contracts, obligations, and liabilities of one do not bind the other.

Do you work with general contractors and developers?

+
Yes. We partner directly with general contractors, project managers, electrical contractors, design consultants, and property managers across Canada on commercial buildings, condominium developments, industrial sites, and institutional projects. We integrate into your construction schedule and produce all required permit and commissioning documentation.

What permits are required?

+
Depending on the system type, jurisdiction, and province, you may require municipal permits, ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) filings in Ontario, and equivalent provincial electrical authority filings in other provinces. For fire alarm systems, ULC-S537 verification by a qualified party is required nationally. Nexvelon handles all permit applications, AHJ coordination, and filings as part of our standard process.

How quickly can you respond to a service call?

+
For clients on a Nexvelon Guardian service contract, we provide priority response with same-day attendance for emergency issues and scheduled service within 48 hours for non-urgent items where geographically feasible.

How do I get started?

+
Begin with a consultation. Email inquiries@NexvelonGlobal.com or call 1-855-969-8566. We arrange a site walk-through, conduct a threat assessment, and provide a detailed quote at no cost or obligation.
